Based on the Lynchburg Public Schools calendar, we’re open and ready to entertain on every scheduled day off. With options like our Run n Fun camps and Sports camps featuring basketball, volleyball, flag football, and pickleball, your kids will enjoy a day packed with exciting activities, games, and new friends while you focus on work. SCHOOL'S OUT DAY CAMPS - LYNCHBURG, VA
CAMP INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Ages 5 -10
- Coed
- Registration can be completed online, over the phone 434-455-4727, or in person.
- Drop off is at 9:00am (we start accepting at 8:45am sharp) and Pick up is at 4:00pm sharp. Before and after camp extended care is available, which can be added during your registration. See extended care section below.
- Camp Check-in is at their designated field or court. This information will be sent before camp or available at the front when you arrive.
- YOU MUST check/check-out your child at the table, they can not walk in on their own.
- A non-refundable administration fee of $10 is required for program registration. This admin fee is good for one year, once paid, covers all admin costs for all programs for the year. The admin fee must be paid prior to registration, or you will receive an error.
WHAT TO BRING
- Refillable water bottle, healthy snacks, and sunscreen
- Your child will need to wear athletic attire.
EXTENDED CARE
Extended care is available prior to the the start of camp and after camp each day. Both morning and afternoon extended care is subject to availability and should be scheduled and paid for in advance of the start of camp. Space is available on a first come first serve basis. To reserve your campers spot you can add this to your reservation during online registration.
- Before Care – Mornings (7A – 9A): $10/per day
- After Care – Afternoons (4P – 6P): $10/per day
- Both Before Camp Care & After Camp Care: $20/per day
