A non-refundable annual administrative fee of $10 per person is required for all participants registering for internal programs. The $10 annual administrative fee does not apply to membership purchases.

We accept all major credit cards. All credit card transactions include a 3% processing fee. We do not accept debit cards. Cash, check, and ACH payments are accepted at the front desk.

Membership provides a single person over the age of 21 access to the pool and splash pad during all operating hours, subject to event schedule.

Membership provides a couple access to the pool and splash pad during all operating hours, subject to event schedule. A couple is defined as two individuals over the age 18 who are married or live in the same household.

A family is defined as up to 5 individuals, consisting of a parent/child relationship and live in the same household. Legal guardians must be present at all times for minors to have access.

What is included with an Aquatic Membership?

Aquatic Memberships include access to the 8-lane, 25-yard competition pool, 2-lane family pool, splash pad (seasonal), lap swimming, family swim times, and select aquatic programming.

Do I need a membership to use the pools?

Members receive unlimited access during designated operating hours. Day passes may be available for non-members, subject to availability.

What are the pool hours?

Pool and splash pad hours vary by season and programming schedule. Current hours can be found on our website or by contacting the Aquatics Complex.

Is the splash pad included with membership?

Yes! Aquatic Members enjoy access to the splash pad during normal operating hours when it is open for the season.

Are swim lessons included with membership?

Is there lap swimming available?

Yes. The competition pool is available for lap swimming during designated times, although lane availability may be affected by swim lessons, swim team practices, or special events.

Do you have a swim team or swim club?

Yes. Hill City Sports Center offers competitive swim programming and swim team development opportunities for swimmers of various ages and skill levels. CLICK HERE to learn more about our swim club.

Can children use the aquatic facilities without an adult?

Children 16 and under must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Can I reserve the pool or splash pad for a private event?

Yes. Private rentals for birthday parties, team celebrations, group outings, and special events are available. Contact us for availability and pricing.

Are there any long-term contracts or commitments?

No. Aquatic Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts or annual commitments. We believe in earning your membership every month through great programs, facilities, and service.

How do I cancel my membership?

Memberships automatically renew each month until cancellation is requested. To cancel, please submit your request in writing at the front desk or by email to membership@hcsportscenter.com.

Any membership payments already scheduled to occur within 30 days of your cancellation request will still be processed as scheduled. You will continue to enjoy full membership access through the end of the paid period.

Will my membership automatically renew?

Yes. Memberships automatically renew each month unless a written cancellation request is submitted. This ensures uninterrupted access to the pools, splash pad, and aquatic amenities.

Where do I pickup my membership ID tag?

If you purchase your membership online, you will need to obtain your membership ID tag from the front desk.  All members are required to scan in prior to entering the facility.
