FAQ'S
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
When is my balance due?
Your remaining balance must be paid for at least 7 days prior to your party.
What happens if we do not pay our balance?
If the remaining party balance is not paid in full 7 days before the party date, you will forfeit your deposit and your reservation slot.
Can I secure my date and make a deposit at a later time?
To secure your reservation date and time, you must pay the deposit. No reservations will be created until the deposit is received. You may call back another time to finalize the rest of the party payment and details.
Are party hosts included?
Yes. Please note these individuals are here to help facilitate and assist you the best they can. They are not servers or professional coaches, but hosts to help provide assistance to you and your guests when needed.
How many children are allowed?
We will need to have 1 lifeguard on duty for every 25 swimmers. If you plan to have more than 25 swimmers, adults included, we will need to staff another lifeguard for an additional cost.
Can I bring outside food?
We will eventually offer food and beverage options for events. While that is underway, we are happy to help coordinate these items for an additional cost along with anything else you might need assistance with. We want you to be able to focus on your child and guests. Let us know any way we can help support!
Will the pool have equipment for us to use?
We have a storage bin inside the aquatic complex with pool toys available to you and your guests.
What if I want to cancel?
We can refund your deposit in the form of club credit or to reschedule your party at a different time.
